POSITION SUMMARY:

We seek an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills, an understanding of the Salesforce platform, and a proven track record in project management.

 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management: Lead Salesforce projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, team members, and third-party contractors or consultants. Effectively manage project expectations and lead discussions with SMEs and stakeholders to define program strategy. Collaborate with the project manager to identify key activities, manage SMEs, and align expectations with the program’s strategy. Lead or partner on communications and change management efforts to ensure alignment with the program goals.
Planning and Coordination: Develop and monitor detailed project plans, making adjustments as needed. Coordinate resources and team efforts to achieve project objectives.
Technical Requirements: Translate client needs into technical requirements for the development team, utilizing Salesforce tools and applications to optimize project outcomes.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts, escalating when necessary.
Meetings and Reporting: Facilitate and lead meetings to discuss project objectives and progress. Report project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders. Lead impacted teams’ meetings at the end of PEARL stages—Strategize, Plan, and Build. Anticipate potential issues and proactively problem-solve or refocus efforts when needed.
Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct evaluations to assess project results and identify lessons learned.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in project management, particularly with Salesforce integration and implementation, or development projects in Cloud or CRM.
Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Salesforce applications and project management tools. Project management methodologies certified (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Certifications: PMP, ITIL, CAPM, or relevant Salesforce certifications are preferred.

 

Desired Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, English B2+ or higher.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Smartsheet.
Work well through ambiguity
