About the Role

We are seeking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to ASP.NET-based projects in our proprietary software. The ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in ASP.NET (4.5), SQL, and React (18.2.0), with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.

This role requires excellent time management, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions without the need for micromanagement. Developers will be responsible for full-stack development, system enhancements, and performance optimizations while keeping the software aligned with the latest technological trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET (4.5), React (18.2.0), C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for database interactions.
• Work on both front-end (React, JavaScript) and back-end (ASP.NET, C#) development.
• Collaborate with team members using Scrum/Kanban methodologies, Jira, and DevOps tools.
• Ensure software performance, security, and scalability best practices.
• Proactively identify and implement improvements in functionality, performance, and user experience.
• Maintain software documentation and participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards.
• Manage workload efficiently, meet deadlines, and communicate progress clearly.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of programming experience (including 2+ years in web technologies and web services).
• Strong experience with ASP.NET (4.5), SQL, React (18.2.0), C#, JavaScript, and Visual Studio.
• Experience reading, writing, and optimizing SQL queries.
• Understanding of front-end development, UI frameworks, and responsive design principles.
• Strong English communication skills (both conversational and technical).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without micromanagement.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing in a Windows environment.
• Time zone availability: EST (Eastern Standard Time).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with DevExpress and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Report Viewer 2010 for report display.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Web API .NET 5.0.
• Experience with GIT and version control best practices.
• Exposure to Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and DevOps workflows.
