Our client, a leading multinational manufacturing company, requires for its operations in Costa Rica, an outstanding professional for the position of IT Support Analyst.
Responsabilities:
Deliver first- and second-level technical support, resolving issues efficiently and documenting solutions.
Maintain and support core IT systems, including Office 365, Active Directory, ERP, PLM, and Salesforce.
Assist with IT processes such as employee onboarding, ticket management, and meeting SLAs.
Foster a positive user experience and contribute to a collaborative, service-oriented culture.
Perform basic IT administrative tasks and support infrastructure, including servers and virtualization tools like VMware and Nutanix.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in technical support roles.
Proficient in English.
Technical accreditation in relevant technologies is desirable.
