Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Must have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Power Platform and over 8 years of experience as software developer in PeopleSoft Finance Suite.
Proven development experience using Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate.
Experience of administration of PowerApps environments, solutions, applications, and data sources.
Excellent understanding of databases.
Experience in following standard development and deployment processes.
Experience with Rest APIs using PowerShell scripts.
Ability to design, develop, secure, and troubleshoot Power Platform Solutions.
Knowledge of how to structure Power BI data models and Power Query.
Experience on the Azure Platform.
Familiar with Power Platform user license management.
Experience with establishing and Microsoft Power Platform maintaining Center of
Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit.
Strong foundational knowledge of Azure Cloud and Azure AD with experience in Azure Cloud Administration.
Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum.
Experience troubleshooting network, firewall, and active directory issues.
Proficient in creating PowerShell scripts.
Technical experience in PeopleTools 8.5x – Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Application Engine, SQR etc. with working knowledge of database.
Strong Functional Knowledge in PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 Application modules – General Ledger, Billing, Accounting Receivables, Contracts.
Experience with Performance Tuning, Troubleshooting abilities, and SQL.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Highly organized and detail oriented with strong analytical skills and comfortable with Agile deliverability methodology.
Ability to remain flexible and manage competing priorities under demanding deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong technical skills required to create and maintain analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Strong sense of ownership of the work product.
