You will be based in our San Jose or Waltham office as part of our global information technology team where you’ll help plan and participate in an increasingly complex digital world. As part of a global IT team, you will collaborate with specialists located in Dusseldorf, Manila, Prague, Waltham and Toronto.

You’ll demonstrate a high degree of collaboration with regional centers to ensure the timely distribution of knowledge and positive impact on user satisfaction. You will engage other specialists when appropriate as well as provide assistance to other colleagues when needed.

You will provide analytic support to colleagues from all over the world, responding to, researching, resolving and tracking questions received to maximize user productivity.

In this role, you’ll receive time-critical requests with a clear analytical focus. Most of these requests are resolved live over the phone or via screen sharing sessions. The requests will range from problem-solving (e.g. how to merge multiple datasets into one) to support on complex issues (e.g. building dashboard using different level of detail calculations).

You will also give advice on how a task can be resolved quickly and effectively using IT applications. You’ll measure your success based on how effectively internal employees achieve their goals.


  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Good understanding of relational databases
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Previous experience with Tableau, Alteryx, PowerBI is an advantage
  • Very strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to clarify and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
  • Efficient collaboration and time management skills
  • Very strong customer service attitude and a high level of professionalism; outstanding communication and people skills
  • Superior command of the English language, verbal and written
