Knowledge of routing protocols (RIP, OSPF, ISIS, BGP and SO ON) and layer 2 protocols (VLAN, STP, RSTP and so on). Knowledge of Telecom protocols and services (DHCP, DNS, NTP, Telnet, SSH, FTP, etc)
