To handle computer, mobile device and IT system issues for all company users globally and delivering on-site support to the local operation


Advanced student or graduate in Computer Science or related

2+ years of technical support

Experience on Incidents and requests resolution (Phone/email/ticketing systems)

Good customer service and communication

Fluent English (B2)
