Key Accountabilities:

• Handle Hana security creating new schemas and adding new security controls for all requests. Also adding new table access as requested.
• Monitor weekly GRC workflows are getting completed successfully.
• Handle security related to setup of new firefighter ids and firefighters.
• Handle yearly Firefighter extensions to 12/31 of new year after review.
• User administration for 31 SAP instances supporting 3100 active users.
• Support user and role changes per business and policy procedures.
• Primary support for figuring out authorization issues that come from user support requests.
• Handle user termination requests for 31 SAP instances in a timely manner.
• GRC administration.
• Primary for yearly JSOX audit.
• Manage the user/roles website database.
• Manage the master sap-security approvers spreadsheet.
• Lead for GDC India offshore SAP Security person

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Good at English communication both verbal and written
• To be able to understand how to take follow-ups with different stake holders, understand business priority
• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience on SAP ERP
• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience on BW Hana User, Security, and Role administration.
• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience on Audit support
• Team player
• Positive attitude towards work and project
• Very good understanding of process and best practices from Industries/ domain
• Knowledge and understanding of the IMS.
