Provides general supervision to the Systems Engineering department regarding technical and non-technical issues and daily operational activities.
Assumes responsibility for planning and executing efficient and effective operations of the group.
Assists in setting department procedures and guidelines.
Reports on employee, vendor, and departmental performance on a monthly basis.
Actively promotes the SE program by conducting formal presentations for Product Marketing organization and company’s vendor partners.
Coordinates quarterly goal planning reviews with Systems Engineers, Product Marketing team, and Vendor Representatives to determine performance against objectives.
