- Advanced English Speaker. Fluent in verbal and written English. High Proficiency level (85%>) (must).
- Cisco CCNA Modules 1 Completed.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office.
- Schedule flexibility (must).
- Negotiation Skills.
- Advanced facilitation skills.
- Interact with internal customers via telephone, chat, e-mail or instant messaging to resolve the issue accordingly.
- Identify the root cause of a case, by troubleshooting and isolating the issue.
- To follow up on the customer’s issue by maintaining periodic timely updates, setting up appointments, and any other commitment made to the customers until the issue is solved.
- To document all interactions and steps taken towards case resolution, in a professional and accurate matter.
