Our Client is looking for a highly experienced Systems Engineer with primary focus on Security in relation to Messaging/Mobility/Collaboration systems including:

Office 365 – Exchange Online, Sharepoint Online, OneDrive
Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019
Mobility – iOS/Android, Microsoft Intune
Messaging Compliance in regulated industries – Enterprise Vault, Smarsh, or comparable system
Messaging Security & Hygiene – Cisco Ironport or comparable system
Powershell scripting / workflow automation

Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent area of study
Minimum 6-8 years experience in IT industry in windows based environments
Microsoft 365 Messaging Administrator certification (nice to have)
Strong understanding and experience on Microsoft core infrastructure, Messaging technologies, Windows Security, Office365 Hybrid
Expertise with Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019, Enterprise Vault, Smarsh, Azure AD Conditional Access, Intune
Expertise with Microsoft core infra applications like Active Directory/GPO/PKI/DNS/Failover Clustering/IIS
Excellent understanding of security and authentication protocols (Kerberos, LDAP, NTLM, OAuth, SSH, HTTPS, SSL etc)
Proficiency with Exchange Management Shell, O365/Azure PowerShell scripting
Expertise with Windows security, OS/application hardening and patch management
Ability to be able to document, diagram, and flowchart complex design concepts is a must
Basic understanding of network concepts(VLANs/Routing/TCP/IP/Load Balancing/Traffic Analysis etc) is required
Basic understanding of other Core security concepts(IPSec, VPNs, Firewalls, DMZ, Proxy, Vulnerabilities, attacks) is required
Windows OS expertise (Win10, Server 2012 R2, Server 2016), MAC OS expertise is a plus
Strong communication; verbal, written and collaboration skills
Ability to effectively present information in both technical and non-technical terms
Ability to evaluate solutions from both an engineering and business / end-user perspective
Capacity to organize and lead efforts of L2 Messaging & Mobility Engineering group
